When you request account deletion, we remove your personal information within 30 days except where legal obligations require longer retention. Financial records stay for seven years as required by Taiwan tax law.

StreamPulse operates primarily in Taiwan, but some of our service providers use servers in other countries. When your data crosses borders, we ensure it receives adequate protection.

How We Protect International Transfers

If you're accessing our services from outside Taiwan, your information may be transferred to and processed in Taiwan where our primary operations are based. By using our platform, you acknowledge this transfer.

Our courses are designed for adult learners and professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years old.

If you're under 18 and interested in our computer vision courses, please have a parent or guardian create the account and supervise your participation. If we discover we've inadvertently collected data from a minor without parental consent, we'll delete it immediately.
